| 摘 要： | 目的 评价替考拉宁治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)肺部感染的老年患者临床疗效和安全性.方法 对21例耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺部感染老年患者给予替考拉宁针,第1天400 mg静脉滴注,第2天以后每日200 mg静脉滴注,连用10～14 d治疗,比较治疗前后患者的临床症状、体征、实验室检查及细菌学结果 ,并判定疗效.结果 替考拉宁治疗老年患者MRSA肺部感染临床有效率为81.0%,细菌清除率为85.7%,不良反应发生率为9.5%,不良反应发生率低.结论 合理利用替考拉宁治疗老年患者MRSA肺部感染疗效高,安全有效.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate efficacy and safety of glycopeptides antibiotics teicoplanin in elder patients with lung infection due to MRSA.
