350例老年住院患者医院感染因素分析

目的探讨老年医院住院患者医院感染因素。方法选择2007年1月~2008年12月,医院60岁老年住院患者医院感染资料进行统计分析。结果70岁老年患者感染率(8.2%)高于60~69岁患者感染率(4.5%),提示年龄越大、医院感染率越高;科室间以重症监护病房、精神心理科中医院感染率高,分别为48.7%、11.9%;多病共存且合并糖尿病,长期卧床,泌尿道插管、有创呼吸机、动静脉置管是医院感染的主要诱发因素;铜绿假单胞菌和真菌是主要致病菌。结论加强70岁老年住院患者与多病共存合并糖尿病的重点监测,减少侵入性操作,缩短住院时间,减少老年住院患者医院感染的发生。

Hospital Infection among Elderly Inpatients:Analysis of 350 Cases
