| 摘 要： | 目的 提高临床医务人员手卫生的依从性,降低医院感染现患率.方法 通过督查手卫生执行情况,统计手卫生用品用量,增加乙醇擦手液的摆放点,前后对比医院感染现患率的变化.结果 通过干预后手卫生执行合格率由2008年的66.93%增至2009年的74.58%,病房乙醇擦手液的使用由2008年的16.2 ml(床/d)增至2009年的21.8 ml(床/d),lCU乙醇擦手液的使用由2008年的46.5 ml(床/d)增至2009年的74.0 ml(床/d),在抗菌药物使用未明显改变情况下,现患率由2008年的7.67%下降至2009年的4.50%.结论 提高手卫生的依从性能有效降低医院感染现患率.
