| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续植物状态患者铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)感染特点及抗菌药物耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供试验依据。方法回顾性调查医院2008年1月-2009年12月PAE感染情况,对分离的115株PAE药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果 PAE对头孢曲松、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢噻肟耐药率均>80.0%;对环丙沙星、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、妥布霉素耐药率>50.0%;对亚胺培南、美罗培南也产生了45.1%和40.7%的耐药率;对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、哌拉西林的敏感率>60.0%。结论 PAE感染耐药性比较严重,应加强耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物。
