| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院感染现患率,分析主要影响因素,找到预防和控制感染有效方法。方法采用床旁调查和病历调查相结合,统计分析调查及处于医院感染状态的病例。结果实查住院患者638例,实查率99.5%,医院感染现患率3.9%,例次现患率4.9%;手术切口是医院感染的主要部位;营养不良和低蛋白血症是医院感染的主要危险因素,抗菌药物使用率为40.6%,预防性用药为53.3%。结论该次医院感染现患率调查人员经严格培训,结果较为可靠;需加强对手术切口管理、空气消毒,控制陪护和日常高危因素监测,提高病原学送检率,提高抗菌药物合理使用率,控制医院感染发生。
