| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同性质腹水中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法对74份临床腹水标本(其中漏出液22份、炎症性渗出液23份、肿瘤性渗出液29份)进行HMGB1检测,并与白细胞计数作相关性分析。结果炎症性渗出液和肿瘤性渗出液的HMGB1水平明显高于漏出液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而炎症性渗出液的HMGB1/总蛋白比值高于肿瘤性渗出液(P<0.01);腹水HMGB1对渗出液鉴别灵敏度为90.0%时,其特异性约为80.0%;渗出液中HMGB1水平与白细胞计数间具有正相关性(r=0.522,P<0.01)。结论腹水HMGB1检测对于腹水性质的鉴别具有较好的临床意义。
