| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院重症监护病房(ICU)感染患者铜绿假单胞菌耐药谱的变化,指导ICU合理用药.方法应用回顾性调查方法对ICU感染患者两年送检标本中,分离的135株铜绿假单胞菌药敏试验进行统计分析.结果铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南/西司他丁、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、阿米卡星、氨曲南、哌拉西林的敏感率约在70%;对复方磺胺的敏感率最低,约在10%;铜绿假单胞菌对常用的10种抗生素的耐药性呈上升趋势.结论铜绿假单胞菌耐药现象严重,ICU应注意铜绿假单胞菌耐药性的监测.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze resistance spectrum of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in infectious patients in intensive care unit (ICU) and instruct physician to administer drugs reasonably. METHODS To investigate the resistance status of 135 P. aeruginosa strains isolated from ICU specimens during the last two years by retrospective study method. RESULTS The sensitive rate of P. aeruginosa to IMP, CIP, CAZ, AMK, ATM, PIP was 70% or so, respectively. The sensitive rate of SXT was the lowest, only 10% or so. The resistant rate of ten antibiotics was in a rising tendency during the last two years. CONCLUSIONS The resistance of P. aeruginosa is serious, ICU should monitor its drug resistance status. |
