| 摘 要： | 目的了解外科围手术期抗菌药物应用情况。方法对2005年3月462例手术患者和2006年3月483例手术患者抗菌药物使用情况进行比较调查。结果2005、2006年组围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物使用率分别为99．48％、88．12％（P〈0．05），2006年组手术前期、后期抗菌药物使用率下降（P〈0．05），手术期使用率提高（P〈0．05），术后预防用药时间缩短（P〈0．05）；2006年组应用二联、三联抗菌药物者比2005年组减少。结论依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》加强管理行之有效，但仍有不足之处需加强管理。
