| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株喹诺酮类药物的耐药性及其与gyrA基因突变的相关性. 方法 测定20株分离自烧伤科的鲍氏不动杆菌对20种抗菌药物的敏感性,采用PCR扩增与DNA测序技术分析20株细菌的gyrA基因突变情况,并进一步分析耐药性与基因突变的关系. 结果 20株鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株中19株对环丙沙星耐药(95.0%).10株对左氧氟沙星耐药(50.0%);PCR扩增与DNA测序结果显示,20株鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株第83位丝氨酸均为亮氨酸所替代. 结论 调查结果表明,gyrA基因突变可能为鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株对喹诺酮类耐药成因之一.
