| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医院感染专业知识培训在医院感染管理中的有效运用。方法在2006～2008年采用4个层次进行医院感染知识培训:专职人员的专业培训;有目的和有针对性的培训;有计划对新开展或扩大业务范围科室的培训;关注社会公共卫生事件或医院感染相关事件,进行有关医院感染培训;将其应用在医院感染管理的培训工作中。结果医院感染专职人员稳定,专业技能不断提高;全院医院感染专业知识水平持续提高,医院感染知识考试合格率逐年上升;解决医院感染存在隐患的能力增强,发现有局部流行反应迅速。结论医院感染管理专职人员应不断加强专业知识培训,以提高控制医院感染的水平。
