| 摘 要： | 二巯丙磺钠是职业病临床常用的金属毒物解毒剂,近年广泛用于毒鼠强中毒的解毒治疗.我们在治疗群体汞中毒患者的过程中,1位患者在肌内注射二巯丙磺钠后出现严重的急性大疱性过敏反应,以往资料未见报道,现报告如下.
