摘    要:通过卫生学调查与剂量-反应关系分析,无论是粒状或片状铝粉尘,吸入一定剂量都能使肺组织致纤维化改变。用寿命表法分析了接尘量与罹患铝尘肺的关系,提示了我国的铝尘卫生标准似应以2mg/m~3为宜。

Abstract:Hygienic investigation and dose - response relationship analysis showed that by inhaling a definite amount of metallic aluminum powder,either in granuler or in flake shape palmonary fibrosis could be resulted . The relationship between dust exposure level and the incidence of aluminum pneumoconiosis had been analysed using life table method. As a result 2mg/m3 could be adopted as hygienic criterion of aluminum dust.
