烟酰胺对紫外线慢性暴露下小鼠免疫系统的保护作用

目的：探讨抗氧化剂烟酰胺对紫外线慢性暴露下小鼠免疫系统的保护作用。方法：用单克隆抗体免疫法、中性红比色法、MTT法检测郎格罕细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾脏T细胞增殖功能。结果：无毛鼠耳部和背部皮肤在紫外线慢性暴露下，表皮组织中免疫递呈细胞一郎格罕细胞数显著减少，脾脏T细胞增殖功能明显下降。表明紫外线有抑制细胞免疫的作用。皮肤涂抹烟酰胺可以明显减轻郎格罕细胞数的下降，由46％减少到12％，差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。表明烟酰胺有拮抗紫外线对郎格罕细胞的免疫毒性。但涂抹烟酰胺在拮抗紫外线对腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾脏T细胞的毒作用差异无显著性。结论：烟酰胺在紫外线慢性暴露条件下，具有拮抗紫外线诱导的细胞免疫抑制的作用。

Protective Effects of Nicotinic Amide on Immune System under Chronic UV Exposure

Objective To explore protective effects of nicotinic amide(NIC)on immune system under chronic UV exposure.Methods Monoclonal antibody immune analysis,neutral red colorimetric method and MTT method were used to measure the number of Langerhans cells(LC),phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage(PM)and proliferating function of spleen T cell respectively.Results After ear and back skin of hairless mouse chronically exposed to UV,both the number of immune presentation cell,LC in epidermis,and proliferating function of spleen T cell declined significantly,which indicated UV could inhibit cellular immunity.Topical daubed with NIC significantly reduced the decline of LC numbers from 46% to 12%(P<0 01)which suggested that NIC could antagonize immunotoxicity of UV to LC.However,it showed no statistic difference on UV antagonizing phagocytosis of PM and toxic effect on spleen T cell.Conclusions NIC may antagonize cellular immunity suppression induced by chronic UV exposure.
