农村已婚人群避孕节育知情选择认知和需求调查

目的:了解农村已婚人群对避孕节育知情选择的认知与需求。方法:采用定性研究专题小组访谈的方法,选择甘肃省临泽县、永靖县的已婚育龄妇女,已婚男子,计划生育干部和技术服务人员等四类人群作为调查对象,每类人群组织2个小组,由项目专家主持,分组进行访谈。结果:甘肃省已婚男女对避孕节育知情选择的知识了解不多,避孕方法知道3～5种,但对各种避孕方法的原理、使用、优缺点及禁忌证知之甚少;在选择避孕方法方面仍显被动;男性对避孕方法知情选择的主动参与意识较差;多数人认为由计划生育服务人员和自管小组长提供避孕方法知情选择咨询最好,服务所的设备需加强,服务人员的技术水平需提高。结论:应加强对已婚男女避孕节育知情选择知识的宣传教育,提高计划生育服务机构的服务能力。

Survey on Married People's Knowledge and Requirements for Informed Choice on Contraception in Countryside

Objective: To understand married people's knowledge and requirements for informed choice on contraception in countryside. Methods: Eight group discussion (two groups of married men, two groups of married women, two groups of family planning cadres, two groups of technology service personnel) were conducted in Lime county and Yongyin county in Gansu province. Each group conversation was presided over by the experts of project. Results; Married people in Gansu province, had 3-5 kinds of contraceptive methods, but they had little conception of informed choice on contraception. They almost didn t know the principle, usage, advantage and disadvantage, contraindication of some contraceptive methods. They were still passive in choosing contraceptive methods. The men should further enhance consciousness participation in informed choice on contraception. It would be better that technology service personnel and self - manage group leaders provide counseling of informed choice on contraception. The skill of service personnel and the equipment in service station should be improved. Conclusion : We should strengthen propaganda and education of informed choice on contraception in married people and improve the capacity of family planning services station.
