江苏省未婚育龄妇女性行为、妊娠及人工流产状况调查

目的:了解江苏省未婚女性性行为、妊娠和人工流产情况,以减少该人群的人工流产率,保护其身心和生殖健康。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,通过匿名封闭式调查表进行调查,在统一的地点由调查对象自己填写,不进行询问,填完后由应答者投入一封闭的投表箱混匀,增强保密性。结果:在1222名调查对象中,有98人(8.4％)承认有婚前性行为,已谈恋爱者的婚前性行为发生率为28.57％,而未谈过恋爱者的婚前性行为发生率仅为0.36％。未婚育龄女性的总妊娠率为2.13％,总人工流产率为1.72％,发生过婚前性行为者人工流产率为21.43％。有76.3％的人不知道妇女最易受孕的时期,有50.6％的人不知道性传播疾病的传播途径,近53.0％的人不知道艾滋病的传播途径。有45.3％从未接触过与性有关的音像或书籍。多因素分析显示未婚育龄女性发生婚前性行为的相关因素有:年龄、与父母同住、谈过恋爱、常接触与性有关的音像和书籍、认为婚外性行为较普遍,其中与父母同住为保护因素,其余为危险因素。结论:本省未婚育龄女性的婚前性行为发生率、总妊娠率和总人工流产率均低于我国其他地区和欧美等国家水平,但发生过婚前性行为者人工流产率较高,且存在不安全流产的可能,有必要采取针对性措施降低人工流产率。同时,未婚育龄女性的性、避孕?

Study on the Sex Behavior and Pregnancy and Induced Abortion among Unmarried Women in Jiangsu Province

Objective: To study the sex behavior, pregnancy and induced abortion among unmarried women in Jiangsu province in order to reduce women's abortion rate and protect their reproductive health. Methods: Multi - stage and stratified and cluster randomization method was adopted during investigation. Anonymous interviewees filled out forms by themselves without consultation at the same place. Results: In 1222 cases, 98 unmarried women (8.4% ) had sex experience before marriage. 28. 57% unmarried women who fall into love had sex experience. Living with parents was a protective factor, and the oth-ers were risk factors. Conclusion: The rate of sex experience before marriage, total rate of pregnancy and to-tal rate of abortion among unmarried women in jiangsu are lower than that of in other regions in China and a-broad, but the abortion rate among unmarried women who had sex experience is relatively higher. It is essen-tial to take pertinence interventions to prevent unsafe abortions. At the same time, unmarried women have limited sex knowledge and contraception. It is necessary to promote reproductive health.
