不孕症人群心理测评分析

目的：应用心理测评量表对不孕症人群进行心理状况调查分析，探讨不孕症人群心理健康状况，为不孕症的诊治提供依据。方法：对163例不孕症夫妇分别采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）结合综合医院焦虑／抑郁情绪测定表（HADS）进行心理状况测评，并进行统计分析。结果：不孕症夫妇SCL-90自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、敌对、躯体化等因子分均高于全国常模（P〈0.05）；不孕症夫妇在总分、总均分、抑郁因子、焦虑因子为高度相关（r〉0.7，P〈0.001），并且女方总分、总均分、阳性项目数均高于男方（P〈0.01）。HADS测查中焦虑和抑郁情绪得分阳性率与SCL-90相接近，两个量表的焦虑和抑郁情绪得分呈高度相关性（r〉0.700，P〈0.001）。结论：不孕症人群心理状况的整体水平较正常人低，不良情绪以抑郁、焦虑等为主。在不孕症诊治中，要重视不孕不育夫妇之间不良情绪的相互影响作用，并进行有效的心理干预。

Analysis on the Results of Psychological Test in Infertile Group

Objective:To explore the mental health condi-tion of the infertile patients and provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment of infertility by analyzing the results of psychological test in the infertile Group. Methods: One hundred and sixty-three infertile couples were assessed with the mental health condition by using symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS). Each item of the SCL-90 was scored 1-5 points according to the national norm of adult. The data collected were analyzed with SPSS15.0 software. Results: The total and total average scores, number of positive items as well as the scores of depression, anxiety, and sensitivity to human relations, hostility, and somatization in the self-rating scales collected were all higher than those of the national norm of adult (P<0.05). The scores of the total and total average scores and the sores of depression and anxiety between the infertile women and men were highly correlated (r>0.7, P<0.001). The total and total average scores as well as number of positive items in the infertile women were higher than those in the infertile men (P<0.01). The scores of anxiety and depression assessed with HADS were similar with those of SCL-90, showing a high correlation between the two scales. Conclusion: The mental health condition in the infertility group may be worse. The main symptoms include negative emotions such as depression, anxiety and sensitivity to human relations and so on. In the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, importance should be attached to the infertility couples with negative emotions because they may influence each other. And effective psychological interventions should be conducted.
