《中国计划生育学杂志》创刊15年学术论文引文分析

目的:了解《中国计划生育学杂志》引文引用规律,研究该刊情报吸收能力、情报源状况以及核心期刊分布,探讨我国计划生育科技工作者对文献的需求特征,为科技工作者查阅文献提出参考依据。方法:采用引文计量分析方法对1992～2006年该刊发表的学术性论文参考文献进行统计分析。结果:发表的2998篇文章中,有引文的论文2197篇,平均引文率73.28%,篇均引文数6.45条;主要引文语种为中文(61.02%),引文类型为期刊(74.03%),引文普赖斯指数为43.21%,自引率为7.44%。被引频次前10位的期刊文献引用量占引用期刊文献总量的54.85%,《中国计划生育学杂志》被引频次位居第一。结论:该刊作者文献利用能力偏低,获取信息的可及性不高,应加强提高计划生育科技工作者对国内外信息交流和利用能力,充分利用各种信息媒体和核心期刊使科技成果及时得到有效传播和推广。同时要加强编辑业务能力建设,不断提高期刊的学术水平、权威性和影响力。

The Analysis of Resarch Paper's Citation of "Chinese Journal of Family Planning" Ingugurated for 15 Years

Objective:To understand the laws of citation and the ability to obtain information of Chinese Journal of Family Planning",study the information sources and distribution of core journals and to investigate the literature demand of science and technology personnel for family planning.Method:Citation analysis was used to analysis the references of academic papers published in Chinese Journal of Family Planning"from 1992 to 2006.Results:The amount of citation papers were 2,197 in all 2,998 papers and the citation rate was 73.28%.The average number of citation was 6.45 per paper.The main language of citation was Chinese(61.02%)and the main citation type was periodicals(74.03%).Citation price index was 43.21%.Self-citation rate was 7.44%.The citation quantity of the periodicals that the citation frequency ranked from the head to the tenth accounted for 54.85%.The citation frequency of "Chinese Journal of Family Planning"came first.Conclusion:The authors' citation ability is low in this journal.It is recommended that the ability to develop communication skills and utilization of information should be advocated in science and technology personnel for family planning.It is also important to promote the scientific and technological achievements to be spreaded and extended through various media.In addition,it is necessary to enhance the ability of editorial practices and improve the quality of academic periodicals.
