26名小剂量受照人员远期辐射效应的医学研究

目的对26名小剂量受照人员 ,剂量为0.10～0.33Gy ,照后22～31年进行医学观察。方法进行了全面的临床检查和遗传学指标、内分泌指标及血清丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定等检查。结果26名受照者普遍存在不同程度的神经衰弱样症状。6例晶状体后囊部出现点状混浊。受照组照后所生子女男女性比为1.6∶1 ,高于对照组。外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。受照组血清中T SOD、Mn SOD、CuZn SOD平均值均显著低于对照组 ,而MDA平均值高于对照组。内分泌指标中 ,受照组血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、睾酮(Tes)、黄体生成素(LH)平均值低于对照组 ,但差异无显著性(P>0.05) ,而受照组卵泡刺激素(FSH)平均值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论观察小剂量受照人员的远期辐射效应很有必要

MEDICAL STUDY OF LONG-TERM EFFECT ON 26 CASES BY LOW DOSE RADIATION EXPOSURE

Objective The medical observations were performed in 26 cases exposed to low dose radiation in 1966,1971 and in 1975. Methods The overall clinical examinations and genetic, endocrine, MDA, SOD indexes were observed. Results All of them had more or less neurasthenic symptoms. Posterior capsule punctate phacoscotasmus of the lens were observed in 6 cases. The sex ratio(male: female) of the exposure's children was higher than that in control. The frequencies of chromosome aberration and micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocyte in the radiated group were significantly higher than that in control(P<0.01). The average values of T-SOD, Mn SOD, CuZn SOD in peripheral blood were lower than that in control, but the average value of MDA was higher. To endocrine indexes, the average values of T3, T4, Tes, LH in peripheral blood were lower than that in control(P>0.05). On the contrary, the average value of FSH is significantly higher than that in control(P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to observe the long term effect of the low dose radiation exposure.
