| 摘 要： | 急性CO中毒迟发脑病发病机制研究虽已提出多种学说 ,但仍无定论 ,致使迟发脑病的早期预测未能解决 ,给临床治疗带来很大难度。由于CO中毒所致迟发脑病在一定程度上尚属可逆性 ,依据可能的发病机制 ,在早期正确进行氧疗 ,结合综合治疗措施 ,多数病人可逐渐康复。该文拟就临床治疗进展作一简介 ,以方便今后工作

| Abstract: | There are many theories on delayed encephalopathy caused by acute CO poisoning, but it has had still no definite conclusion yet that makes a big difficulty to its prediction and clinical treatment. Owing to that delayed encephalopathy is recoverable in some degree, if a correct early oxygen therapy is applied, combined with other joint measures, according to its possible mechanisms, most of patients would get recovery gradually. The paper gives a brief introduction on some clinical progresses for the convenience of future work. |
