| 摘 要： | 目的 评价叶酸对神经管畸形干预技术的培训效果.方法 对河南省5县174名医疗卫生服务人员进行问卷调查,比较培训前后专业技能水平及培训满意度,评价教学效果,并对培训效果相关因素进行Logistic回归分析.结果 通过培训,学员的专业技能平均分从培训前的65.36分提高到培训后的81.67分,培训前后得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001)；培训后学历高、工龄长、技术职称高、从事计划生育工作人员专业技能的提高程度明显高于其他人群(P＜0.05)；＞87.93%的学员对培训效果感到满意；培训效果的影响因素主要有:工作单位(OR=0.263)、工龄(OR=1.748)、文化程度(OR =7.098)、技术职称(OR=4.478)和从事专业(OR =6.211).结论 培训取得了较好效果,该培训模式和方法适宜在农村大面积推广和应用. |
