人工流产与生殖道感染及影响因素分析

目的了解我国已婚育龄妇女人工流产发生情况和影响因素，以及人工流产对生殖道感染的影响。方法采用分层、三阶段的与规模（育龄妇女人数）成正比的容量比例PPS，抽样方法获得调查对象。由调查员入户对其进行面对面的问卷调查，调查时间为2005年11～12月。结果24．9％的调查妇女有过人工流产经历。随时间推移。调查育龄妇女人工流产率从1973-1980年的7．2％上升到了2001年以来的20．1％。人工流产比相应的由0．081上升到0．291。多因素分析显示，现用避孕方法、现用避孕方法副作用发生情况、生育子女数目、是否有临时性伴及生活地区对人工流产有一定影响，特别是现用避孕方法作用最为明显。人工流产妇女生殖道感染比例高于非人工流产妇女。结论近几十年来我国人工流产率在不断上升，避孕失败在意外妊娠和人工流产中有重要作用，在推行避孕方法知情选择及避孕方法的同时，需要加强避孕方法的安全性和有效性。

Analysis on effect of induced abortion on influence factors of reproductive tract infection

Objective To investigate the occurrence of induced abortion among currently married women and explore the related factors. Methods Population Proportional to Size sampling method was employed in sampling. The sampled women were interviewed face to face with uniform questionnaire. Results The proportion of women with induced abortion once was 24.9% .The induced abortion rate increased continuously from 7.2% in 1973-1980 to 20.1% in 2001 -2005, and the abortion ratio changed from 0. 081 to 0. 291 accordingly in the same period of time. Current contraceptive method and occurrence of its side effect, number of ever born children, temporary sexual partner and living area were significant predictors for induced abortion, especially current contraceptive method. Women with induced abortion history were more likely to suffer from reproductive tract infections than women without induced abortion, Conclusion The induced abortion rate was increasing rapidly in the last thirty years, current contraceptive method had important effect on it. It was important to use contraceptive methods correctly.
