| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨深圳市40岁以上人群2型糖尿病的危险因素，为制定相关干预政策及措施提供依据。方法 采用病例对照研究方法，对研究因素进行单因素及多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果 糖尿病家族史、高血压、高血脂、工作压力是2型糖尿病的危险因素；而文化程度、运动锻炼是保护因素。结论 在社区人群中，培养健康的生活方式，早期、及时地控制血压、血脂和体重是预防2型糖尿病发生的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in the population aged 40 or over in Shenzhen city and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and intervention of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A case-control study was conducted.The relationship between study factors and T2DM were analyzed by unconditional univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.Results Family history of diabetes mellitus(DM),hypertension,hyperlipidemia and work pressure were the major risk factors and culture level,exercise were the protect factors for T2DM.Conclusion It is an important measure to prevent T2DM in community population to propose healthy life style including proper exercise,control of high blood pressure,high blood fat and weight. |
