公共场所集中空调通风系统污染与卫生学评价

摘    要:目的 调查评价公共场所集中空调通风系统污染状况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法 随机抽取深圳市各类公共场所20个集中空调通风系统,检查各部件清洁度;检测冷却塔水中军团菌、空调送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数、溶血性链球菌含量。结果 20个空调系统的250个部件中,有24%有尘粒,5%有污垢。未发现菌霉斑;空调送风中污染物的平均日均值分别为:可吸入颗粒物(PM10)0.12mg/m^ 3,细菌总数291cfu/m^3,真菌总数273cfu/m^3,未检出溶血性链球菌;分别有10%,5%的空调系统送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数超标;采集49份冷却塔水样,未检出军团菌。结论 公共场所集中空调通风系统仍存在卫生问题,应加强卫生管理。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pollution of ventilated system in air conditionin public in order to present evidence to hygiene management.Methods To take out 20 ventilated system in air condition from every kind of public in Shenzhen and check the sweep degree of each part.To ine the legionella in cooling tower water.PM10 in air condition,aerobic bacterial count,aerobic molds count and the content of staplococcus hewolyticus.Results 250 parts from 20 air condition system.24% in all had dust,5% had bilge,but no milden.The total average of the pollution in air condition were:PM10 was 0.12?mg/m\ 3,aerobic bacterial count was 291?cfu/m\ 3,aerobic molds count was 273?cfu/m\ 3 and sterptococcu shemolylicus not be chenked out;10% PM10 and 5% aerobic bacterial count was over the standard;legionella not be found in 49 cooling tower water.Conclusion The problem existed in the ventilated system in air condition in public.The hygienemanagement must be go on enhancing.
