| 摘 要： | 目的了解山西省太原市老年人对社区卫生服务利用状况以及对需求意愿情况,为开展社区卫生服务工作提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法对太原市万柏林区4个社区卫生服务机构257名65岁~就诊老年人进行调查;采用SPSS 12.0统计软件进行分析。结果77.8%的老年人患病后首选社区卫生服务机构就诊;老年人对社区卫生服务机构总体满意度为46.34%;60.2%的老年人希望在社区就近获得医疗服务;17.9%的老年人表示暂时不需要任何形式的服务。结论社区卫生服务机构服务能力、服务水平、服务质量有待进一步提高,社区卫生服务潜在需求有待满足。
