育龄妇女生殖道感染就医的影响因素

目的 研究自述有生殖道感染的妇女就医行为及其利用生殖健康服务的影响因素。方法 采用分层、三阶段与规模（育龄妇女人数）成正比的抽样方法获得调查对象，调查员入户面对面进行问卷调查。结果 39．2％的妇女自述有一种生殖道感染症状。12．8％的妇女自述有3种及以上症状，23．196有生殖道感染症状的妇女曾到医疗机构就诊。因素分析显示，生殖道感染知识对妇女就医行为有重要影响。但妇女的生殖道感染知识十分欠缺。另外，未婚妇女的就医率显著低于已婚妇女，但经济水平和文化程度对妇女患病后的服务利用影响不明显。结论 当前育龄妇女生殖道感染患病率较高，但生殖健康服务利用率却较低。

Influence factors of health service utilization on women with reproductive tract infections

Objective To find out the health service utilization of women with reproductive tract infection(RTIs)and its psycho-social factors.Methods Proportional to Size Sampling method(PPS)was employed and face to face interview was used to collect the information.Results The percentage of self-reported any symptom of RTIs was 39.2% and 12.8% women had three or more kinds of RTIs symptoms.Among all the women with RTIs,only 23.1% ever sought health service.Factors analysis showed that women's knowledge of RTIs contributed much to the health service utilization when they suffered from RTIs,but women usually lacked of such knowledge.In addition,unmarried women were less likely to utilize the service,income level and education,however,had no significant impact on it.Conclusion RTIs is really prevalent among reproductive aged women in China,but only a few of them will go to seek health service when they suffer from RTIs.
