| 摘 要： | 以地高辛为标记物，利用ＰＣＲ方法制备１６ＳｒＲＮＡａ基因探针与ｃｔｘＡ基因探针，经Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ杂交，对霍乱弧菌进行分型，对广东地区分离自病人的６０株埃尔托型（ＥＶＣ）、１０株Ｏ１３９群和２株标准株进行研究，经１６ＳｒＲＮＡ基因在探针共分为４个类型（Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ和Ｄ），ＥＶＣ和Ｏ１３９群均以Ｄ型为优势分为４个类型（Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ和Ｄ），ＥＶＣ和Ｏ１３９群均以Ｄ型我隆，经ｃｔｘＡ基因探针Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｍ |

Typing of Vibrio Cholerae with 16SrRNA Gene Probe and ctx A Gene Probe |

| Abstract: | Vibrio cholerae strains were differnetiated by using 16SrRNAgene probe and ctx A gene probe. Two probes were developed byPCR method with DIG molecular. 60 E1Tor(EVC) and 10 O139strains isolated form patients in Guangdong province and 2 re-frence strains were analysed. By using 16SrRNA gene probe,strains were divided into 4 types(A、B、C and D), and most strainswere type B. By using ctx A gene probe, strains were divided into2 types, and type B was predominant type. Predominant types ofstrains isolated from Guangdong province cooperated with those ofstrains from other districts of China and South east of Asia. |
