福州市老年人慢性病现状调查

目的了解福州市社区老年人的慢性病患病情况及其相关因素为开展社区老年人的预防保健工作提供依据.方法制定专门调查表于2002年4月～5月对福州市1767老年人慢性病患病现状进行问卷调查.结果老年人的总患病率为89.41%,其中患1种慢性病的占55.16%,同时患2种慢性病的占23.57%,患3种及以上慢性病的占21.27%.患病率随着年龄的增加而升高(P＜0.05).其中慢性支气管炎、脑血管意外男性明显高于女性,骨关节病女性明显高于男性(P＜0.05).结论福州市老年人慢性病患病率与年龄组呈线性上升趋势,其中主要以心血管疾病和肌肉骨骼系统性疾病为主,积极开展社区医疗保健服务及以高血压为主的老年人慢性病的综合防治是当务之急.

Study on prevalence rate of chronic disease of the elderly in Fuzhou city

Objective To describe the prevalence rate of chronic dise se of the elderly in Fuzhou and explore the affecting factors.Methods 1?767 residents aged 65 years and above were sel ected to be interviewed by using questionnaires on the prevalence rate of chroni c disease from April to May 2002.Results The prevalence rate of chronic disease was 89.41% i n the 1?756 subjects.55.16% of the group had 1 types of chronic diseases.23.57% of the group had 2 types of chronic diseases,while 21.27% of the group deve loped 3 types of chronic diseases or more.The prevalence rates of chronic diseas e of the elderly increased with ageing in Fuzhou.The prevalences rate of chronic br onchitis,cerebrovascular were signifiticantly higher in male than in female,whil e the prevalence rate of osteopathy was significantly higher in female than in male.Conclusion The prevalence rate of chronic disease of the elderly increased with aging in linear trend in Fuzhou.The main chronic disease s of the elderly were cardiovascular disease and osteopathy.The focus of community health care should be on the prevention of chronic disease,especially on the hyp ertension.
