百草枯中毒咨询分析

目的通过崇州市人民医院所收集的百草枯中毒咨询资料,分析百草枯在生活和农业使用中中毒的情况,为预防控制百草枯中毒和降低其危害制定措施提供依据。方法采用崇州市人民医院百草枯中毒救援网(http://www.21health.net)网站流量统计及电话咨询、电子邮件、QQ网络咨询,自2008-08/2009-08间的百草枯中毒咨询病例,用网站流量统计及Excel对其进行统计分析。结果在全国30个省份均有百草枯中毒病例发生,不同年龄(8月龄~65岁)均有病例出现;以口服中毒为主,其次是职业性中毒。结论提示农药百草枯在使用过程中存在管理不当的问题,绝大多数人对百草枯的危害性认识不足,全国各级医院医务人员对其救治知识贫乏,急救技术还有待培训及提高。

Analysis of Counseling About Paraquat Poisoning

Objective To analyze the incidence of paraquat poisoning caused by daily and occupational contacts and provide evidence for the prevention and control of paraquat poisoning. Methods The data about paraquat poisoning counseling from August 2008 to August 2009 obtained from telephone and internet were analyzed by using website click statistics and Excel. Results Paraquat poisoning occurred in all 30 provinces, the cases aged from 8 months to 65 years. Most cases were caused by ingesting of paraquat, followed by occupational contact. Conclusion The results indicated that the management of paraquat should be improved, many peo- ple had poor awareness of harms caused by paraquat, the doctors in all hospital lacked paraquat treatment solution, and training should be conducted to improve their first aid performance.
