雅安市尘肺患者的流行病学特征分析

目的了解雅安市2006-2009年尘肺患者的流行病学特征,为制定尘肺病防治对策提供科学依据。方法 对雅安市2006-2009年尘肺职业病诊断资料进行分析。结果雅安市2006-2009年共确诊尘肺患者563人,以I期煤工尘肺为主。不同工种尘肺患病构成比不同:采煤工最高(43.87%),其次是混合工(27.71%);掘进工最低(8.53%)。2006-2009年尘肺患者的平均接尘工龄为12.77±8.79年、平均发病年龄为46.91±11.18岁。尘肺合并结核率为6.39%。结论雅安市应以I期煤工尘肺为防治重点,以采煤工为重点防治对象,同时应加强结核病的防治。

Epidemiology of Pneumoconiosis in Yaan,2006-2009

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pneumoconiosis in Yaan from 2006 to 2009 and provide scientific evidence to develop the preventive measures of pneumoconiosis.Methods The data of pneumoconiosis in Yaan during this period were analyzed.Results A total of 563 pneumoconiosis cases were diagnosed,most cases were coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis stage I.The proportion of pneumoconiosis cases varied by type of work： the worker of coal cutting accounted for 43.87%;the worker of multi works accounted for 27.71% and the worker of tunnelling accounted for 8.53%.The average length of exposure to dust of pneumoconiosis patients was 12.77±8.79 years.The average age of the patients at onset was 46.91±11.18 years.The rate of coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis was 6.39%.Conclusion It is necessary to conduct prevention and treatment of coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis stage I and strengthen tuberculosis prevention and treatment among coal cutting workers.
