2001-2010年青神县传染病疫情分析

目的分析青神县2001-2010年传染病流行现状,掌握传染病流行特征,为制订传染病防治规划提供科学依据。方法对青神县2001-2004年年报表和2005-2010年网络报告传染病年统计疫情资料进行综合研究分析。结果青神县2001-2010年报告传染病疫情共有20种4 401例,均为乙类和丙类传染病(甲类无报告病例)。平均年发病率为223.82/10万,其中乙类传染病15种3 978例,丙类传染病5种423例,发病总体呈上升趋势。肝炎(报告只有甲、乙肝)居首位,肺结核居第2。夏秋季发病率略高。性别男女比为2.14∶1。发病年龄以青壮年为主,集中在15～50岁之间,占发病总数的69.12%。职业分布以农民为主(63.69%)。结论肝炎和结核病是青神县的主要传染病,今后应建立安全有效传染病防御机制,减少传染病的发生。

Epidemic of Infectious Disease in Qingshen County,2001-2010

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease in Qingshen county in recent years,provides scientific evidence for developing the plan of infectious disease prevention.Methods Annual report during 2001-2004 and reported data of infectious disease epidemic in Qingshen county during 2005-2010 was analyzed comprehensively.Results Totally 20 kinds of disease and 4 401 infectious cases were reported in Qingshen prefecture during 2001-2010,all cases were B or C class infectious disease(no A class case was reported).Among the cases,there were 3 978 cases of 15 kinds in B class infectious disease and 423 cases of 5 kinds in C class infectious disease;with the annual reported incidence rate 223.82 /105.The incidence of hepatitis(only hepatitis A and B were reported) ranked first,followed by tuberculosis.The incidence increased slightly in summer and autumn,and the male to female ratio was 2.14∶1.The cases were mainly young adults aged 15-50 years,accounted for 69.12% of the total;the occupation was mainly farmer,accounted for 63.69%.Conclusion Hepatitis and tuberculosis are the main infectious diseases in Qingshen county.The safe and effective prevention and control management system should be established to reduce the occurrence of infectious diseases in future.
