宜兴市农业机械有关伤害调查

目的 了解宜兴市农业机械相关伤害流行状况,以便发现其危险因素,提出有针对性的干预措施.方法 对宜兴市农业机械驾驶员进行整群抽样,并利用自行设计的调查问卷对农机驾驶员进行面对面问卷调查.结果 共收集583份调查问卷,发生伤害事件72次,伤害事件发生率为12.35％,共有74人受到伤害,且伤者皆为男性；其中受伤人数为1人的事件有70次(97.22％),受伤人数为2人的伤害事件有2次(2.78％)；伤者中驾驶员2人(2.70％),非驾驶员72人(97.30％)；伤者中43人住院(58.11％),治疗结果显示,61人痊愈(82.43％),4人好转(5.41％),6人残疾(8.11％),3人死亡(4.05％).赔偿金额情况调查显示,受伤人群中有70人得到赔偿,最少赔偿300元,最多赔偿560 000元,中位数为5 000元.结论 宜兴市农业机械相关伤害事件发生率较高,伤残和死亡情况严重,造成较大经济负担.

A cross-sectional survey on agricultural machinery related injury in Yixing City

Objective To explore the distribution of agricultural related machinery injuries,so as to find the risk factors and develop the corresponding prevention methods.Methods The agricultural machinery were selected as our subjects by cluster sampling method.Drivers of agricultural machinery were interviewed using questionnaire developed by experts.Results 583 drivers of agricultural machinery were surveyed.72 injury events and 74 injured persons were found;the morbidity was 12.35%.All of the injured persons were males.Among them,2 persons were drivers.Among the injured persons,43 persons were hospitalized（58.11%）.6 disabilities and 3 deaths were found among all the injured persons,the proportions were 8.11% and 4.05% separately.70 injured persons were compensated.The amount of money was from 300 to 560 000 yuan,the median was 5 000 yuan.Conclusions The morbidity of agricultural related injury in Yixing City is high.It leads to serious disabilities,deaths and huge economic burden.
