山西省艾滋病流行现状分析

目的 分析山西省艾滋病流行现状,为进一步制定艾滋病防治策略提供参考依据.方法 对2009年山西省艾滋病疫情监测到的艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者和艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)病人资料进行分析.结果 HIV感染者男女比例2.8∶1,以太原市最多,年龄分布以20～29岁组所占比例最大,以注射毒品和异性性传播为主；AIDS病人男女比例1.5∶1,以运城市最多,年龄以30～ 39岁居多,以异性性传播为主；HIV/AIDS发现途径中,自愿咨询检测仅占16.78％.结论 山西省艾滋病防治形势依然严峻,传播途径以性传播为主,自愿咨询检测点利用率不高.相关部门应加大对各地区(尤其是太原、运城)的监测力度,加强自愿咨询检测的宣传.

Analysis on current situation of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Shanxi Province

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in Shanxi Province,provide reference for the further development of AIDS prevention and control strategy.Methods Data of the new HIV infected and AIDS patient cases from 2009 in Shanxi Province were analyzed.Results The majority of HIV infected were distributed in Taiyuan City,the ratio of male to female was 2.8∶1,age distribution of age group 20-29 years old showed large proportion,inject drug and heterosexual transmission were identified as the dominant modes of transmission;the majority of AIDS patients were distributed in Yuncheng City,the ratio of male to female was 1.5∶1,age distribution of age group 30-39 years old showed large proportion,heterosexual transmission were identified as the dominant modes of transmission;only 16.78% of HIV/AIDS were found via voluntary counseling and testing.Conclusions The epidemic of HIV/AIDS is still on rise in Shanxi Province,sexual transmission was identified as the dominant modes of transmission.the ratio of HIV counseling and testing office is still low.The relevant departments should increase its monitoring efforts on the areas（especially for Taiyuan and Yuncheng）,while enlarging VCT publicity.
