| 摘 要： | 目的探索农村地区HIV感染者和病人的随访管理模式。方法2008年选择安徽省阜阳市作为试点,开展对HIV感染者和病人采取分级分类管理。结果2008年对阜阳市现存活的HIV感染者和病人采取了分级分类管理,HIV感染者和病人的流调率从62.2%上升到94.4%;HIV感染者的随访比例从55.2%上升到85.8%,艾滋病病人的随访比例从70.2%上升到98.8%;HIV感染者和病人CD4＋T细胞检测比例从56.0%上升到89.8%;单阳配偶检测比例从46.7%上升到88.5%。结论在农村地区开展对HIV感染者和病人的分级分类管理可以有效管理传染源,减少新发感染的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore PLWHA（people living with HIV/AIDS） follow-up management in rural areas. Methods Management at different levels of PLWHA in Fuyang, Anhui Province, was conducted in the year of 2008. Results The rate of PLWHA epidemiological survey was increased from 62.2 % to 94.4 %, the proportion of PLWH follow-up was increased from 55.2 % to 85.8 %, the proportion of PLWA follow-up was increased from 70.2 % to 98.8 % , and the proportion of PLWHA CD4 testing was increased from 56.0 % to 89.8 %. Conclusions It is an effective approach to implement management at different levels of PLWHA for reduction in new infection. |
