| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清微量元素铁锌铜及免疫球蛋白与复发性阿弗他溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)的关系.方法 RAU患者102例作为病例组,选择年龄、性别相匹配的86例健康人群作为对照组,两组分别采集空腹静脉血,用全自动生化分析仪测血清铁、锌、铜含量,用特种蛋白检测仪测血清免疫球蛋白水平,并与正常值比较.结果 病例组血清铁的缺乏率14.71％,高于对照组(5.81％),差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)；两组间血清锌、血清铜的缺乏率均没有统计学差异(均有P ＞0.05).两组间血清免疫球蛋白水平均没有统计学差异.结论 RAU病因复杂,微量元素缺乏、免疫球蛋白异常证据不足,还需进一步做大样本研究.
