摘    要:目的初步调查湖南省长沙市岳麓地区不同乡镇大肠埃希菌O157:H7宿主动物带菌情况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法于2010年11月采集长沙市岳麓区境内散养的鸡、鸭、猪、牛等家畜家禽粪便标本33份,按国标常规培养法检测大肠埃希菌O157:H7,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 33份标本中共检出阳性标本4份,总阳性率为12.1%(4/33),其中散养的鸡的粪便中大肠埃希菌O157:H7阳性检出率为13.6%(3/22);在4份散养的鸭子粪便中,检出1份阳性。结论长沙市岳麓地区已存在大肠埃希菌O157:H7感染,应引起足够重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the escherichia coli O157: H 7 colonization in host animals in different rural areas of Yuelu Region of Changsha City in Hunan Province.Methods 33 stool samples from free-range chickens,ducks,pigs,cattle,other livestock and poultry were collected in the Yuelu Region,escheriehia coli O157: H7 was detected according to national standard conventional culture method in November 2010.Results 4 of 33 samples were positive.The total positive rate was 12.1%(4/33),of which stocking chicken and duck had a high carrier rate,the positive rate of stocking chicken was 13.6%(3/22),one strain of escheriehia coli O157: H7 was isolated from four specimens of stocking duck.Conclusions The presence of escherichia coli O157: H7 in Yuelu Region of Changsha City should be given sufficient attention.
