摘    要:目的对基于数学形态学的磁共振图像局部对比度增强算法进行临床MR图像测试,为完善算法提供依据。方法运用来自不同磁共振设备的DICOM图像数据对其算法进行测试,并与同类基于多尺度形态学方法进行比较。结果实际图像测试与模拟测试结果基本一致,并且获得了在精度、敏感性和稳定性方面完善算法的依据。结论本研究算法的临床应用还有待于进一步的研究。

Abstract:Objective To improve the new algorithm of local contrast enhancement for MR image based on mathematical morphology, we evaluated the performance of the algorithm by real MR images from clinical use.Methods DICOM MR Data from different MRI scanner were tested by the new method, and compared with the previous method based on multiscale morphology.Results The real image test showed the same results as simulated test,and gave more infor- mation about accuracy,sensitive and stability of the algorithm.Conclusion It still need further study for clinical use.
