摘    要:本文主要阐述了网络环境下基于CRM(客户关系管理)理念的医院信息系统的技术分析,提出了医院系统如何构建CRM平台、系统结构、技术架构的方案,并且建构了基于CRM医院信息系统模型,以期为建立“以病人为中心”的信息一体化医院提供战略指导思想.

Abstract:This article is mainly about the technological analysis of the hospital information system in the Internet environment. It provides how to build the platform of CRM, system structure, structure of technology and build a pattern of hospital system based on CRM .It is expected that CRM will be helpful to provide the strategy decision for building information system.
