用常用办公软、硬件制作不规则挡铅方法研究

目的探讨用常用办公用品等来制作不规则适形挡铅的方法、步骤。方法采用PC机、扫描仪、打印机、软件Photoshop、精度mm级的直尺、手动热丝切割机等材料,首先调整热丝切割机的几何坐标系,使其与治疗机的射野几何坐标系精确一致,然后扫描模拟定位片、用Photoshop缩放分别得到源轴距SAD处、源托距STD处的图像,按SAD处的图切割泡模,得到阳模下端面与STD处图符合一致,最后浇注铅模,检验合格后应用于治疗。结果应用此方法制作的挡铅,能通过光野验证、射野验证。结论此方法成本低、准确、有效。值得不具备高端设备的放疗科采用。

Study on Making Irregular Lead Block with Ordinary Office Software and Hardware

Objective To search the steps and ways to make irregular conformal blocks with ordinary software and hardware.Methods Using PC,scanner,printer,ruler,hot-thread cutter,Photoshop,adjust hot-thread-cutter geometry parameters to be the same as those of treatment machine,and then scan simulating X-ray film and handle images with Photoshop,print SAD image and STD image respectively and cut foam with high density according to SAD image.The lower end of foam must be fully conformal to STD image. Finally,cast blocks with low-melting-point lead.The block can be used in radiotherapy if it can pass the strict check.Results The lead model made by this way can be tested by light and radiation fields.Conclusion This way of making blocks is low-cost,accurate and efficient,so it can be adopted by the department without advanced equipment of making blocks.
