| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了磁共振弥散张量成像的原理及其数据的分析处理方法。在弥散张量成像中，每一体素内水分子的弥散用一个张量进行描述。利用张量的几何性质可对脑白质的细微结构进行定量分析，弥散张量成像可用于对脑白质病变进行定量的分析和诊断。

| Abstract: | This paper presents principle and image processing techniques of diffusion tensor MRI(DTI).In DTI each voxel is assigned as a tensor that describes local water diffusion.The geometric nature of diffusion tensors enables us to quantitatively characterize the local structure in tissues.Thus DTI enables us to quantitatively diagnose the diseases of white matter. |
