| Abstract: | In order to reduce medical consumables costs in our hospital, this paper introduces some measures：applying information technology to standardize bidding evaluation system, perfecting medical consumables management system, enhancing the supervision and management of label results implementation. With these measures, intermediate links of purchase, purchase costs as well as the burden of patients are effectively controlled, the overall competitiveness of our hospital is furtherly enhanced. |
