医院信息系统与PACS的融合

摘    要:本文认为医院信息系统(HIS)与PACS紧密融合的关键在于实现两者之间顺畅的信息交换,两个系统之间在应用方面要做适应对方的设计考虑。鉴于国家金卫工程“军字一号”即军惠医院信息系统的自身情况,本文认为实现HIS和PACS的融合,双方设计要制定出信息交换规范,向对方提供信息和应用功能的“中间件”,在应用程序的开发中调用这些“中间件”即可实现两者的无缝链接;在信息交换方面,可将DICOM3.0、HL7以及XML结合起来考虑,不一定一步到位,可分步实施。

Abstract:We believe that the key point for integration between Hospital Information System (HIS) and PACS is to implement smooth information exchange between the two systems. Therefore, it is important to note that two systems should be designed to adjust to each other. Because of conditions of the "Junzi No.1" Project, or Jnuhui Hospital Information System, the designers should pay attention to the following points in order to implement the integration: 1) Specifications fo information exchange should be formulated to provide with each other the "middle part" for information and application. Then the "middle part" will be used in development of applied programs to implement aperture-free link between the two systems. 2) As for information exchange, DICOM3.0, HL7 and XML can be used together. Of course, they may not be implemented simultaneously.
