| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the adverse effects on medical quality and medical safety induced by the traditional ＂zero inventory＂ management pattern of high-value medical consumables, and introduces the measures taken by Fuwai Hospital to reinforce the SCM of high-value medical consumables for the purpose of ensuring medical quality and medical safety, and discusses the prospect of the SCM of high-value medical consumables. |
