医学影像集中存储系统的设计与实现

目的实现＂以病人为中心＂多种影像数据的集中存储与管理。基于DICOM接口,面向医院各科室提供病人的长期影像数据的检索调阅。方法针对医学影像集中存储系统的建设需求和影像接收、存储和调阅等重点问题,设计了影像集中存储系统的体系结构。依照DICOM通讯标准对影像数据接收、数据无损/有损压缩存储、组合条件检索调阅与基于当前上、下文的影像调阅等主要集成问题进行了全面测试。结果系统至今已平稳运行近3年时间,取得了良好的应用效果。结论放射、超声、病理、核医学、消化内镜等各种检查影像集中、长期存储,可为临床医生提供实时、全面、高效、便捷的影像调阅服务。

Design and Implementation of Medical Image Centered Storage System

Objective In order to realize the centered storage and management,and provide viewdata searching to medical staff based on DICOM interface.Methods Based on the requirements of medical images centered storage system,a novel system integrated infrastructure was designed.The system paid more attention to the images data＇s receiving,storing,searching and fetching.And many integrated technologies were applied to the new system,such as the receive workflow of DICOM files,the compression process of lossless/lossy image data,the fetch frame-work of DICOM images and so on.Results The new system is successfully applied in our hospital for about three years and gets satisfactory results.Conclusion Application of the system realizes the centered storage and application of medical images,provides a much more full-scale,efficient,and convenient images share service for the clinic doctors.
