| 摘 要： | 医联卡接口改造是成功接人医联工程的基础。在制度不允许改变医院信息系统（HIS）中患者标识号长度的情况下，通过进制的转换和缩位算法，实现了医联卡的兼容和识别，保证了“医联工程”的成功接入，满足了数据上报的要求，促进了医疗信息的共享。

| Abstract: | Medical alliance card interface transformation is the foundation of successful access to hospital clinical information sharing system. In the case of unable to alter the hospital information system in patient ID length, through the hexadecimal conversion and Bit reduction algorithm, we realized medical alliance card compatibility and recognition, which ensure successful access to hospital clinical information sharing system, thus to meet the data reporting requirements and promote the sharing of medical information. |
