老年患者下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

目的:了解老年患者下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性。方法:对2009年1月-2010年6月老年患者下呼吸道感染的痰标本进行培养分离致病菌株进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果:共分离出病原菌306株,其中革兰阴性杆菌218株,革兰阳性球菌54株,真菌34株;常见的病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌。真菌感染呈上升趋势。半数以上或接近半数的菌株都对头孢类和β-内酰胺酶类抗菌素耐药。结论:老年患者下呼吸道感染病原菌耐药性严重。

Distribution of pathogens and their drug resistance in lower respiratory infections of senile patients

Objective:To study distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens isolated from nosocomial lower respiratory infection of senile patients.Methods:The sputum samples of senile patients with lower respiratory infection were collected from Jan 2009 to June 2010.The pathogenic isolates were cultured to conduct identification and drug resistance test.Results:A total of 306 strains of isolates including 218 Gram-negative bacilli,54 Gram-positive cocci and 34 fungi were isolated.The pathogens in the top were ...
