| 摘 要： | 目的:对胆汁标本中病原菌的检出率及耐药性进行回顾性分析,给临床防治胆道感染提供科学依据。方法:用VITEK-2全自动细菌仪鉴定的772株细菌用配套的药敏检测卡进行药敏分析。结果:772株细菌中革兰阴性菌占67.9%(524/772),革兰阳性菌占20.1%(155/772),真菌占12%(93/772),阴性菌中检出率占前三位的依次为大肠埃希氏23.1%(178/772)、肺炎克雷伯菌9.6%(74/772)铜绿假单胞菌4.9%(38/772),阳性菌中占前两位的为粪肠球菌6.7%(52/772)和屎肠球菌6.7%(52/772),真菌感染以白假丝酵母7.9%(61/772)为主。主要的革兰阴性菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星耐药率较低,肠球菌对万古霉素、氨苄西林的耐药率较低。结论:胆汁标本中病原菌种类较多,可选用阿米卡星和氨苄西林作为胆道感染的经验用药或根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素。
