摘    要:目的:建立食品用纸制容器中16种多环芳烃的气相色谱-质谱联用的检测方法。方法:采用水、4%乙酸、20%乙醇、正己烷四种模拟食品溶剂浸泡一次性纸杯,用二氯甲烷超声提取浸泡液中的多环芳烃,气相色谱-质谱联用法进行定性定量分析。结果:16种多环芳烃在25 min内流出,分离良好,在0.01 mg/L~10.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9985~0.9999,方法的检出限为0.24μg/L~3.80μg/L(S/N=3),样品的加标回收率为75.9%~123.1%,相对标准偏差为1.17%~13.9%。结论:该方法操作简便,准确度高,适于食品用纸质容器中多环芳烃的迁移研究及检测。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of 16 PAHs in paper containers for food by gas chromatography-masss spectrometry.Methods:The disposable paper cups were soaked with water,4% HAc,20% ethanol and n-hexane respectively,and the PAHs were extracted with CH2Cl2 ultrasonically from the four soaking solutions,and then determined by GC-MS.Results:The linearity of the method was good within the range of 0.01 μg/ml~10.0 μg/ml for 16 PAHs.Linear correlation coefficients varied from 0.9985 to 0.9999.Limits of detection(LODs) ranged from 0.24 to 3.80μg/L.The average recoveries were 75.9%~123.1%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 1.17%~13.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for determining 16 PAHs in the paper containers for food.
