正常人群中甲状腺激素水平与QT间期的相关性研究

目的探讨在甲状腺功能正常人群中甲状腺激素水平与QT间期的关系。方法选取300例健康体检者,收集其空腹血样本用于血糖、血脂、甲状腺激素水平等检测,QT间期由12导联心电图测得,QTc间期为采用Bazett公式将QT间期校正心率影响后的数值。结果 Pearson相关分析提示,QT间期与BMI、TC、LDL-C、FT4和TSH均呈正相关,而与FBG和血清钾呈负相关(P均<0. 05),而与年龄、收缩压、舒张压、TG、HDL-C和FT3无相关性(P> 0. 05)。QTc间期与BMI、TC、LDL-C、FT4和TSH均呈正相关(P <0. 05),而与FBG和血清钾呈负相关(P <0. 05),与年龄、收缩压、舒张压、TG、HDL-C和FT3无明显相关性(P> 0. 05)。结论在甲状腺功能正常人群中FT4和TSH与QT间期及QTc间期密切相关。

Correlation of serum thyroid hormones with QT interval in people with normal thyroid function

Objective To explore the correlation of serum thyroid hormones with QT interval in people with normal thyroid function. Methods A total of 300 healthy people were enrolled in our study. Their blood glucose,lipid and thyroid functions were determined. QT interval was measured from the standard 12-lead electrocardiogram. QTc interval was a value of QT interval corrected by Bazett formula. Results Person analysis showed that QT interval was positively correlated with BMI,TC,LDL-C,FT4 and TSH,while negatively correlated with FBG and serum potassium( P < 0. 05),but not correlated with age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,TG,HDL-C and FT3( P > 0. 05). QTc interval was positively correlated with BMI,TC,LDL-C,FT4 and TSH while negatively correlated with FBG and serum potassium( P < 0. 05),but not correlated with age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,TG,HDL-C and FT3( P > 0. 05). Conclusion FT4 and TSH are significantly correlated with QT and QTc interval in people with normal thyroid function.
