清洁级SD大鼠体重和主要脏器系数正常参考值研究及相关性分析

目的:建立本实验室清洁级SD大鼠体重、主要脏器湿重及脏器系数的正常值参考范围。方法:取不同周龄清洁级SD大鼠主要脏器并称重,计算各脏器重量和脏器系数的正常参考值范围,并与体重作相关性分析。结果:多数指标受年龄和性别的影响,性别对较大周龄大鼠所测指标影响明显,年龄对雄性大鼠所测指标影响明显。肝重、肾重、心重和肝系数分别与体重呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),睾丸系数与体重呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:在科学研究、实验结果评价时,要充分考虑性别和年龄对实验动物脏器重量及脏器系数的影响。

Study and correlation analysis of normal reference range of body weight and the main organs coefficient of clean SD rat

Objective:To establish the reference value range of normal body weight,organ weight and organ coefficient of clean grade SD rats for our own laboratory.Methods:The main organs of clean grade SD rats at different week ages were selected for weighing.The normal reference value of organ weight and organ coefficient were calculated,correlation coefficient between body weight and organ weight,organ coefficient were analyzed.Results:The most indexes were affected by age and sex.The sex had obvious effect on the indexes measured on the larger week-old rats.The age had significant effect on the indexes measured in male rats.Liver weight,kidney weight,heart weight and liver coefficient were positively correlated with body weight respectively(P<0.01or P<0.05),testis weigis negatively correlated with body weight(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age and sex should be fully considered when detecting organ weight and organ coefficient of clean grade SD rats in the scientific researches and evaluation of experimental results.
