432例女性不孕患者抗精子抗体和抗子宫内膜抗体检测分析

目的:探讨抗精子抗体(AsAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)检测在女性不孕中的检测意义。方法:选取432例女性不孕患者为女性不孕组,88例正常孕妇为对照组,采用ELISA法对所有受试者血清检测AsAb总抗体、EMAb总抗体,同时与对照组作对比分析。结果:不孕组抗精子总抗体(AsAb)的阳性率为13.2%(57/432),对照组抗精子总抗体阳性率为4.6%(4/88),经统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(χ2=5.28,P<0.05);EMAb总抗体检测不孕组总阳性率为15.2%(66/432),对照组阳性率为6.8%(6/88),两组差异有显著性(χ2=4.39,P<0.05)。结论:AsAb、EMAb与女性不孕密切相关,高水平的AsAb、EMAb可能是女性不孕的一个重要因素;AsAb、EMAb检测有必要列为女性不孕检查的一项常规项目。

Detection and analysis of antisperm antibody and antiendometrial antibody in 432 female infertile patients

Objective:To explore the detection value of antisperm antibody(AsAb) and antiendometrial antibody(EmAb) in female infertile patients.Methods:432 female infertile patients as infertility group,and 88 pregnant women as normal comparison group were involved,AsAb and EmAb in serum of both groups were determined by ELISA and the results of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Positive rate of AsAb in female infertility group accounted for 13.2%(57 /432),that of normal comparison group was 4.6%(4 /88),the difference of two groups had significant difference by statistical analysis(χ2=5.28,P<0.05).The positive rate of EmAb in female infertility group accounted for 15.2%(66 /432),that of normal comparison group was 6.8%(6 /88),and the difference of two groups was significant(χ2=4.39,P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of AsAb and EmAb had close relation to female infertility,female infertility.
